Hot sauce and beer, a match made in heaven, or in this case on a Lancastrian farm. Professor Hott has been invited by Farmyard Brew Co. to recreate the flavours of their Gulf IPA into a sauce. Hop sauce challenge accepted! New to this field Professor Hott set out to combine a harvest of ingredients. Difficult as it was, he refused to hit the hay.
